Ere Perez Olive Oil Lipstick Swatches

This week I have the remainder of the Ere Perez Olive Oil Lipstick range.

You can find the other half of this range in my previous post:

I saved all the reds for this one, as I know how hard it can be to determine undertones of red lipstick. Every single one of these were incredibly hard to remove. I even used my beauty balm and they still left a stain. You can bet on these to be full coverage, long lasting.

Carnivale

This is the only shade that has a glossier finish and it makes my lips look almost juicy. They say it’s orange, but it has a strong red undertone that makes it very wearable and dare I say it, my favourite out of the bunch?

Festivale

A brick red orange, with barely a touch of brown. The finish is satin matte.

Big Band (Big Bang)

This red has an orange undertone, so it makes it suitable anyone with warm undertones. Just a quick note, Ere Perez have this listed as Big Band, but The Green Beauty Jungle have it listed as Big Bang.

Fiesta

A mid-toned berry red, that is a little stronger on the berry side.

Circus

They say this is a true red, it seems to show pink undertones on me. It’s a beautiful colour, though I have found other reds that I prefer.

Royal

A deeper berry red than Fiesta. This one reminds me of a blackberry stain you’d get if you get the juice on your fingers.

Soiree

I found that Royal and Soiree were really hard to tell apart once I had them applied. This one is described as a burgandy red. You can only really see the slight difference when they’re swatched side by side.

So now that I’ve finished with this line, I’m 100% set on which ones are my favourite. Runway is my kind of nude, Cocktail though is by far the best one for adding a rosy flush and Carnivale is the sneak surprise.

I think they’ve done a great job updating their lipsticks. Every single one of these shades are wearable (for my skin tone at least) and there is a good variety to choose from. I believe they also feel lighter than the previous version.
